This review is long overdue and I just want to send the word out that these people at Magic Touch know their job by heart. If I remember correctly I’ve used them four times already, the fourth visit was to have my dryer checked. I’m a housewife with 2 toddlers, my husband travels a lot to handle the family business so I’m left to deal with repair issues at home most of the time and so far this appliance repair company hasn’t failed me. my dryer that’s half as old as me completely stopped working, the guy who came here suggested I was better off buying a new one than have it repaired only because it’s a big job to do and the prices for the parts are too high. I run a business at home selling homemade cupcakes. Nearing the holidays I was maxed out on volume orders. Halfway through my 4th batch of cupcakes, my oven was emitting light smoke from the back. I didn’t find it to be normal and knew something was wrong with it. I’m glad I held on to the phone number of Magic Touch appliance repair given by my sister because it sure came in handy that day. Their service tech was courteous, fast in getting it fixed, and accommodating with my questions regarding my oven and what caused for it to break. I will surely spread the word around. Kudos Magic Touch!

My washing machine decided to stop working in the middle of a cycle on my first load of about 5 that I needed to do – of course this always happens. I was also leaving to go out of town the next day and needed it fixed asap.

I called 4 other companies before calling this one ( Magic Touch appliance repair ), and they were the only company that could come the next day, and within my time frame. I was told the repair man would come between 9-11am he showed up at 9:10 am ! I was very appreciative of his punctuality!

He was very polite, looked at my washing machine and instantly knew the issue. He gave me an estimate and I was able to use the promo coad mt1013, and we saved 10%

Before starting he fully explained to me what the problem was, how to prevent it, and how he was going to fix it. He also showed me the part, explained how it worked and showed me how he repaired it. I greatly appreciate his attention to detail, and the fact that he was thorough and walked me through everything! I would use them again!

I had some reservations about calling a appliance repair company I had no knowledge of so I took a chance and called this one. Was having problems with my General Electric stove not getting hot enough. Was informed about the service fee which is great, but when the technician arrived I thought once he saw what was wrong was figured he was going to charge me alot, but apparently he didn’t. He told me exactly what was wrong, had to have a piece replaced which, he called a local appliance supply stored to pick up the piece. Within a few hours he returned with the part. Since I had him repair it the service fee was waived and was only charged a really good price for parts and labor and not any traveling fee. AWESOME! I would surely call them in the future if another appliance of mines break, save me alot of $$ on not having to purchase a new stove. Thank you, Oleg and Magic Touch Appliance Repair

My experience with Magic Touch repair company was really good.
The temperature in my oven wouldn’t go up more than 200 degrees and I decided to have a technician come and take a look at it. I called a few places but weren’t able to schedule appointment for the same day service. Then I remembered that my friend told me about Magic Touch appliance repair guys fixing her Kitchen Aid oven a few month ago and decided to give them a call. And what do you know? In about hour and a half, I had a technician at my house. My Kenmore oven repair cost wasn’t that bad also. It came out around $142. An hour later I had my stove working like new again. And if that’s not the best same day appliance service ever, I don’t know what is.

I love these guys! They helped me on the quickness! I was having problems with my LG washing machine and dryer. Apparently, there was a leak from the bottom of the washing machine and the dryer simply stopped spinning. I have 5 kids and having a fully functional laundry system is crucial to my existence! I also live in Altadena so there aren’t many appliance companies willing to drive on over once it’s convenient for me but Magic Touch was here within an hour and worked so fast it was unbelievable. The workers were so nice and so was the man I spoke to on the phone. They called me fifteen minutes prior to coming over just to check up. I am so grateful for the service they gave and how well they fixed the washing machine and dryer. Magic Touch Appliance Repair truly has a magic touch!

Early bird always gets the worm boys and girls.

I needed to fix my fridge pronto and all the other places didn’t open till 9 but Oleg was up and at em at 8 o crack o dawn!!!

I called, he answered, I told him the nature of the problem, he said he’ll be there between 10-2pm.

He arrives within the time He said, checked the fridge and gave me the run down. Before I go on, I just want to say that I’ve never had any prior experience with appliance repair folks but I gotta say that I really appreciated Oleg’s cleanliness. The guy had a clean stark white shirt and asked if he could wash his hands before he started any work. Righteous! Anyway, after the damage report I was not a happy camper cuz the fridge is relatively new but it was what it was, a broken heating element that defrosts the fridge and broken sensors that regulates the temps of the freezer and fridge. Initially, I couldnt determine if it was a fair price but judging from Oleg’s professionalism and manners, I’d say it was a very competitive price. Before he started any work he went back to his truck to see if he had the parts and like any “real” professional, he had the parts on hand. The guy repaired the fridge and defrosted the freezer in little over an hour. Boom ~ Bam ~ Done!!!
