This was the first company we called for our broken dryer. They came out to our house on a Friday night shortly after we called. The technician evaluated the problem and gave us an estimate of $164 which was $50 cheaper than the previous estimates. We agreed to the repair. The technician did inform us that he would need to get a part from the supply store and he would be back the next day. He came back the next morning on a Saturday at 10am and fixed the dryer as promised. It has been a month since the repair and the dryer is running like new, I recommend this company without hesitation. Great service, reliable and trustworthy. Anna. West Hollywood.

Magic touch appliance repair came to my house @ 7pm I live in Los Angeles Beverly and Highland aria.
I called them at 5:40 when I realized my sub zero refrigerator wasent cold. Technishen was very profecional and quick, defenatly this was NOT his first sub zero refrigerator that he took a part. Barabim barabum 45 minutes later every thing In place, every thing is on, repair man ask to keep the does closed as much as pocible, reminded us to service our sub zero once in 6 to 8 month, and wish us a good day.
P.S. Bill was very reasonable considering that it was a same day  (with in 3 hours repair) by sub zero specialist.

I called Magic Touch appliance Repair for my Maytag stackable washer and dryer. The dryer wouldn’t start. It had some sort of electrical problem. Magic Touch appliance Repair came to me in the Altadena/Pasadena area. Instead of waiting for them at home for half a day, the serviceman called me when he was on his way to me. I left my work in Glendale to meet him at home without the unnecessary wait. He was very polite and took the time to explain the problem to me after diagnosing it. I procrastinated calling somebody to fix it. Now I’m enjoying my dryer running again.

My washing machine decided to stop working in the middle of a cycle on my first load of about 5 that I needed to do – of course this always happens. I was also leaving to go out of town the next day and needed it fixed asap.

I called 4 other companies before calling this one, and they were the only company that could come the next day, and within my time frame. I was told the repair man would come between 9-11am he showed up at 9:10 am ! I was very appreciative of his punctuality!
