I had some reservations about calling a company I had no knowledge of so I took a chance and called this one. Was having problems with my electric stove not getting hot enough. Was informed about the service fee which is great, but when the technician arrived I thought once he saw what was wrong was figured he was going to charge me alot, but apparently he didn’t. He told me exactly what was wrong, had to have a piece replaced which, he called a local appliance supply stored to pick up the piece. Within a few hours he returned with the part. Since I had him repair it the service fee was waived and was only charged a really good price for parts and labor and not any traveling fee. AWESOME! I would surely call them in the future if another appliance of mines break, save me alot of $$ on not having to purchase a new stove. Thank you, Oleg and Magic Touch Appliance Repair

One word: Outstanding. I saw Magic Touch Appliance Repair because of a Google ad, and even though it only had one review, it was five stars, so I decided to try it. My call got answered speedily, the rep took the information about my appliance, and I was pleasantly surprised that I was offered service on the same day.

The repairman came out, neat, professional and very courteous. He did the work quickly and efficiently, and the charge for the call was amazingly low (so much so that I added a tip because I thought it was unfair to pay him so little for his time). In addition to the very inexpensive base price, I was told that there are also service discounts available. I’d give this company more than five stars if that were possible!

Magic Touch Appliance came out to my house in The Valley. My fridge stopped working, it was super hot outside and the food was going bad FAST!! They sent Danny out within a couple of hours, trouble shot the unit and it turned out it wasn’t a big deal. I loved the fact that they were so honest and helpful about the whole thing. My wife and I had just moved into the house and we couldn’t afford another big expense. After all of the experience we’ve had with folks coming out to the house to do work it was a nice surprise to find a company who actually cares about their customers.

Plus, my AC wasn’t really working, they gave me a free diagnostic and ended up hooking us up with a discount to do the repair! All in all, we had such a great experience with the company itself, Danny and the service they provided… I’d recommend Magic Touch Appliance to anyone!

Just had them over for warranty repair today. That was a nice one, they called 30 min before the appointment, courteous service tech showed up later on, cleaned the coils, 25 minutes and done. Will definitely use them again.

Mark from Magic Touch Appliance repair came out to fix my viking range.He repaired it right away. Mark gave me an estimate first and told me that he has the parts in his truck for my viking range, and he’ll be done in 30 to 60 minutes.I agreed and 45 minutes later…done!!
He checked my Sub-Zero refrigerator, and recommended that maintenance needs to be done. He gave me a 20% discount on maintenance, since it was an additional appliance.
I’m 100% satisfied, and I will definitely recommend Magic Touch Appliance Repair to every body.

Loved how they servised my GE Dryer. It just stopped spinning in the middle of cycle. I tried to turn it of and on again and it didn’t work. I called a few other companies and they were all closed because it was Sunday morning. Decided to give it one more try and called Magic Touch. And hurray!!!! Not only were they open, they told me that their technician can be at my house within a few hours. I agreed, gave them my address. And indeed, in less then two hours, their tech was there for the rescue. He told me what was the problem and how much will it be to fix it. Came out around $160. Which is not that expansive compering to what would it cost to buy a new dryer. Plus he had a needed part with him in a truck. So I agreed to that and in less then 30 minutes, everything was fixed. I’ve read some other reviews on this site and I agree to the fact that you never know how will the service with the company that you’ve never used before work out. But I can tell you that much. For me, the experience with these guys, turned out to be great. I woud definitely recommend them and use them again if I need to, for all of my appliance repairs.

I called Magic Touch appliance Repair for my Maytag stackable washer and dryer. The dryer wouldn’t start. It had some sort of electrical problem. Magic Touch appliance Repair came to me in the Altadena/Pasadena area. Instead of waiting for them at home for half a day, the serviceman called me when he was on his way to me. I left my work in Glendale to meet him at home without the unnecessary wait. He was very polite and took the time to explain the problem to me after diagnosing it. I procrastinated calling somebody to fix it. Now I’m enjoying my dryer running again.
