My experience with Magic Touch Appliance Repair could not have been better. My 20-year-old refrigerator was no longer keeping things cold so my only choices were either to fix the fridge or get a new one.
I called Magic Touch on a Saturday morning and they were able to send a repair technician to my home the very same afternoon. The repair guy did a thorough analysis of the situation and he concluded, among other things, that the thermostat needed to be replaced and the condenser needed to be cleaned. He spent about an hour performing these repairs and now the refrigerator is back in business!
I was relieved not to have to buy a new refrigerator. Bottom line: I would HIGHLY recommend Magic Touch to anyone in need of refrigerator repairs.

My uncle gave me his newer model LG dryer to replace my old whirlpool dryer. He was able to transport it to my place in Valley Village Los Angeles, but it needed to be hooked up. Magic Touch Appliance Repair gave me their first available appointment-just an hour later! They said they are always readily available for my Valley Village/Sherman Oaks area. Thanks to Magic Touch Appliance Repair, my kids don’t have to cover their ears anymore! My Kenmore dryer started making unfamiliar noises. When I described the noises coming from the machine, the tech at Magic Touch Appliance Repair really knew what he was talking about. His familiarity with the different machines and brands corrected me in my descriptions! He was more exact because he knew that the noise I was describing was more common for Maytag dryers. Needless to say, the annoying noise was a sign that my machine was going to fail soon. Magic Touch Appliance Repair knew the exact part that needed to be replaced. I called in around 9 this morning to ask for a refrigerator (GE) repair . Dimitri, the guy who answered the phone was very patient with me even though I had to ask him to repeat what he said several times because I couldn’t hear him clearly (the reception is horrible at my apartment). I asked to have the repair guys come in anytime between 9 and 12.
Two guys arrived at around 11:15. Checked my refrigerator. Told me the problem. Gave me an estimate. I agreed. Then they went downstairs to get the part needed, and replaced my old one in less than 10 minutes. I asked them what might’ve caused the damage and they told me it’s due to overheating, and suggested that I leave some space between the fridge and the wall.
They were speaking Russian most of the time and the guys actually asked me if I was okay with it and assured me that they were just talking about the fridge–nothing to worry about. I really liked that 🙂 Very friendly, respectful and made sure I felt comfortable!

I reside in Glendale and noticed that my refrigerator started acting up this morning at 10 am. The light stopped working and I am guessing so did the refrigerating cooling system. I saw Magic Touch Appliance Repair on an ad so decided to give them a call. A very friendly gentleman named Dimitry answered and was willing to help in any way possible. He gave me a highly reasonable price to check out the refrigerator and said his workers would arrive at the time which was convenient for me. They weren’t a minute late, were respectful and did a job well done! I am thoroughly impressed with their work. The refrigerator works great now so I referred him to anyone I know that has had problems with their refrigerators or other appliances.

Magic Touch saved my night. I had a huge party that consisted of over a hundred people coming over to celebrate my husbands birthday. I reside in Tarzana which isn’t too far from the shop and luckily they arrived right on time. My dishwasher stopped working today, so I thought that the party would have to be cancelled since there is no way to serve over a hundred dishes by manually washing them myself. Plus having arthritis doesn’t help at all. Anyway, once I called Magic Appliance repair I spoke to their receptionist and she was just the sweetest thing in the world. She made everything fast and easy to book a schedule to fix my dishwasher without any problem. The price she gave me (free service call) was excellent compared to every other price I have gotten from different companies. Everything about this company is wonderful. I suggest anyone who has a problem with their dishwasher to call Magic Touch. They do their job the right way.
