Bertazzoni Range repair

I have a Bertazzoni Range which I found really great as compared to other high end brand ovens. It is even cheaper than they are but they have the same features if not even more. We usually have get together with our neighbours usually almost every weekend with each household hosting the event. When I cook on my Bertazzoni Range, I usually use up all of the 5 burners since I love to cook a variety of foods for our get together. Well, 2 days before one of our get together the small inner ring burner of the center burner stopped working. I usually use this small burner for making delicate sauces which is integral to many of the dishes I cook.

Out of desperation to have it fixed, I immediately went online to look for any appliance repair company who repairs ovens like mine. I found a youtube ad from Magic Touch appliance repair, and called them up. They scheduled a technician for me that same day and Sergey, our technician arrived and looked at our oven. He said that there was a blockage to the small burner and needs to remove it. Danny, appliace technician from Magic Touch appliance repair, gave us a quote to fix our Bertazzoni Range which I found very cheap. Then Danny appliace technician from Magic Touch appliance repair, went ahead and did his work and in a span of less than 1 hour he was done clearing the blockage. I tested the burner and tried the lowest setting which it did.

Thank you Danny and Magic Touch appliance repair. I will certainly call you guys again if I have any problems with my Bertazzoni Range or any of my other appliances.

This review is long overdue and I just want to send the word out that these people at Magic Touch know their job by heart. If I remember correctly I’ve used them four times already, the fourth visit was to have my dryer checked. I’m a housewife with 2 toddlers, my husband travels a lot to handle the family business so I’m left to deal with repair issues at home most of the time and so far this appliance repair company hasn’t failed me. my dryer that’s half as old as me completely stopped working, the guy who came here suggested I was better off buying a new one than have it repaired only because it’s a big job to do and the prices for the parts are too high. I run a business at home selling homemade cupcakes. Nearing the holidays I was maxed out on volume orders. Halfway through my 4th batch of cupcakes, my oven was emitting light smoke from the back. I didn’t find it to be normal and knew something was wrong with it. I’m glad I held on to the phone number of Magic Touch appliance repair given by my sister because it sure came in handy that day. Their service tech was courteous, fast in getting it fixed, and accommodating with my questions regarding my oven and what caused for it to break. I will surely spread the word around. My washing machine decided to stop working in the middle of a cycle on my first load of about 5 that I needed to do – of course this always happens. I was also leaving to go out of town the next day and needed it fixed asap.

I called 4 other companies before calling this one ( Magic Touch appliance repair ), and they were the only company that could come the next day, and within my time frame. I was told the repair man would come between 9-11am he showed up at 9:10 am ! I was very appreciative of his punctuality!

He was very polite, looked at my washing machine and instantly knew the issue. He gave me an estimate and I was able to use the promo coad mt1013, and we saved 10%

Before starting he fully explained to me what the problem was, how to prevent it, and how he was going to fix it. He also showed me the part, explained how it worked and showed me how he repaired it. I greatly appreciate his attention to detail, and the fact that he was thorough and walked me through everything! I would use them again!

I had some reservations about calling a appliance repair company I had no knowledge of so I took a chance and called this one. Was having problems with my General Electric stove not getting hot enough. Was informed about the service fee which is great, but when the technician arrived I thought once he saw what was wrong was figured he was going to charge me alot, but apparently he didn’t. He told me exactly what was wrong, had to have a piece replaced which, he called a local appliance supply stored to pick up the piece. Within a few hours he returned with the part. Since I had him repair it the service fee was waived and was only charged a really good price for parts and labor and not any traveling fee. AWESOME! I would surely call them in the future if another appliance of mines break, save me alot of $$ on not having to purchase a new stove. Thank you, Oleg and Magic Touch Appliance Repair

My experience with Magic Touch repair company was really good.
The temperature in my oven wouldn’t go up more than 200 degrees and I decided to have a technician come and take a look at it. I called a few places but weren’t able to schedule appointment for the same day service. Then I remembered that my friend told me about Magic Touch appliance repair guys fixing her Kitchen Aid oven a few month ago and decided to give them a call. And what do you know? In about hour and a half, I had a technician at my house. My Kenmore oven repair cost wasn’t that bad also. It came out around $142. An hour later I had my stove working like new again. And if that’s not the best same day appliance service ever, I don’t know what is.

I love these guys! They helped me on the quickness! I was having problems with my LG washing machine and dryer. Apparently, there was a leak from the bottom of the washing machine and the dryer simply stopped spinning. I have 5 kids and having a fully functional laundry system is crucial to my existence! I also live in Altadena so there aren’t many appliance companies willing to drive on over once it’s convenient for me but Magic Touch was here within an hour and worked so fast it was unbelievable. The workers were so nice and so was the man I spoke to on the phone. They called me fifteen minutes prior to coming over just to check up. I am so grateful for the service they gave and how well they fixed the washing machine and dryer. Magic Touch Appliance Repair truly has a magic touch!
