I love these guys! They helped me on the quickness! I was having problems with my LG washing machine and dryer. Apparently, there was a leak from the bottom of the washing machine and the dryer simply stopped spinning. I have 5 kids and having a fully functional laundry system is crucial to my existence! I also live in Altadena so there aren’t many appliance companies willing to drive on over once it’s convenient for me but Magic Touch was here within an hour and worked so fast it was unbelievable. The workers were so nice and so was the man I spoke to on the phone. They called me fifteen minutes prior to coming over just to check up. I am so grateful for the service they gave and how well they fixed the washing machine and dryer. Magic Touch Appliance Repair truly has a magic touch!

These guys from Magic Touch appliance repair have a very large area that they service. Their technicians are all over the greater Los Angeles area. They fixed my co-worker’s ice-maker at his rental in Santa Monica and my sister’s central air condition in Long Beach. Both were very satisfied with the service.

Great!! Very friendly and efficient service. In and out in less than 30 minutes!

I called in around 9 this morning to ask for a refrigerator (GE) repair . Dimitri, the guy who answered the phone was very patient with me even though I had to ask him to repeat what he said several times because I couldn’t hear him clearly (the reception is horrible at my apartment). I asked to have the repair guys come in anytime between 9 and 12.

Two guys arrived at around 11:15. Checked my refrigerator. Told me the problem. Gave me an estimate. I agreed. Then they went downstairs to get the part needed, and replaced my old one in less than 10 minutes. I asked them what might’ve caused the damage and they told me it’s due to overheating, and suggested that I leave some space between the fridge and the wall.

They were speaking Russian most of the time and the guys actually asked me if I was okay with it and assured me that they were just talking about the fridge–nothing to worry about. I really liked that 🙂 Very friendly, respectful and made sure I felt comfortable!
